The muse sisters

Calliope is the leader of the muses, and she is the muse of poetry. She and Ares have many children, despite making Aphrodite jealous. She also was Homer's muse. 


Calliope is the main lead of the muses and got featured in Disney's 1997 animated movie Hercules.

As Calliope is the leader of the muses, she is responsible, and faithful.


Callilope has her hair organized into curl-shaped buns on the top of her head, tied together with one big tie. She is the tallest muse. 


She carries a long poem written on a scroll, and has curly and frizzy hair.
