Clio is the muse of history. She reads a lot of scrolls and books. She was another one of Apollo's lovers and the mother of Hyacinth. 


Her emblem is a book or scroll.

Clio appears in Disney's 1997 animated film Hercules, and she plays the most minor roles but she often is seen with Terpsichore.


Clio is a bookworm, and she is seen carrying a book or scroll in the movie.


She has her hair tied into two ponytails. She has a longer one at the back of her head and a shorter one as a side ponytail at the front of her head. She is the second tallest muse.
