Erida is the goddess of hate, and her name obviously screams hate just by looking at her. She was also another goddess written in the Illiad by the author, Homer. Homer is a boastful mortal who likes to boast about how good his books are, being the fact that all the Olympians like his work, it's grown on him. Erida plays a role there by doing a quest or favor for Zeus. Zeus sent her to an encampment called the Anchaian encampment. She is also the twin sister of Ares god of war.
In the story, she secretly went down to Earth and screamed. With her scream, she made all the men and husbands think that their children or wives were filled with hate, meaning that they hated each other. She feels great pleasure when blood is spilled. Meaning that her personality fits Achlys.
